Hours of Operation

We are open 8:00am to 5:00pm (PST), Monday through Thursday.  We are closed Fridays, weekends and holidays.  On occasion we are in the shop and cannot answer the phone. Please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you. If you do not hear from us it may be that we did not get your entire message. Please check back.

Other hours are available if arranged in advance.

Online orders are pulled Monday through Saturday and we strive to answer all email within 24 hours. Please be aware that some questions require research and may take up to 48 hours to respond to.

Ordering Information

When ordering by phone, please try to have the following information available:

  • Make and model of the soda machine or chest you own. Example: Vendo V-81D
  • List of parts that you wish to order, including part number and quantity.
  • Let us know if you are using an old catalog or the new online catalog.
  • Shipping address and daytime phone number.
  • Bank card number and expiration date.
  • If your billing address differs from your shipping address, please let us know.
  • We accept Master Card, Amex, Discover and Visa or you may prepay by check.

Shipping Information

There is no minimum order and we try to ship all orders within 24 hours.
NOTE: We do not ship COD.

  • 2-3 Day Priority Mail
    • This is our preferred (default) method of shipping. Priority Mail helps to speed up delivery time on your order.
  • UPS or FED EX
    • Due to excessive problems we do not ship with these carriers. If you have an account with them and would like your order shipped via their methods please let us know your account number and we will be happy to send it with these carriers.

We will do our best to honor your request to ship as directed.  Due to the variety of items we carry, their weight, size and breakable nature, we may need to adjust the box size and therefore the shipping amount will then change as well.  If you would like to know before we ship we will gladly send you an invoice for your approval, please put it in the comment section of the order form or send us an email directly.  Please note, depending on the timing this may delay shipment of your package by a day or more.

Any order placed will incur our minimum shipping charge of $6.00. Due to varying sizes and shape, we will approximate your charges and upon request will notify you before shipping your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Some international customers have requested the package be marked "GIFT" instead of "Merchandise" to save on import fees.  Please note this is illegal if it is not a gift.

Return or Exchange of Merchandise

We feel so strongly about the quality of our parts, that we offer a full money back guarantee on everything we sell (except electrical parts). If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, we will gladly refund the entire purchase price as long as the part is returned within 30 days in New Condition.  Re-stocking may apply.

No merchandise will be accepted for return more than 30 days after receipt. Cut to length material and Electrical items may not be returned without special arrangements having been made.  Re-stocking charges may apply and we will either refund the purchase price for returned merchandise or issue a merchandise credit; the choice is yours. All returned merchandise must be in As New Condition or it will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not subject to refunds, nor do we pay return shipping.
