This 1/4" washer / spacer is used on Vendo V-39, V-80, V-81 's for mounting liners to cabinet.  Usually found at the latch point.  Some other machines used these as well for a tank spacer at mounting points.  I am also told they work on the V-23 bottle drums but have not tried this.
