Overall length is 24.5".  Zinc plated.  Vendo V-44 and VMC-44 use different lock bars.  During production most of the time the correct door for the machine was used.  However on occasion the opposite coin door was used.  Therefore it is IMPORTANT that you measure to be sure you are ordering the correct one for your machine.  Measure from the center of where the lock hole is to the top catch on the main door.  If this is approximately 13.5" to the top catch and 7.75" to the bottom catch this is the one you need.
