Latch Foam Seal. Fits around main door latch (in recessed area on back of liner) of Vendo V-39, V-56, V-80, V-81 as well as square top V-56, V-63, V-77, V-81, V-90, VF-110, VMC-81, VMC-90, Square top VMC-110 and others.  Round top 110's do not need this gasket.
