This lock fits in the hold of the loading door to secure the door.  Ideal 35, Ideal 55, Ideal 70, Ideal 85, Ideal 150, Ideal 300 and Glasco GBV-50 machines.

To remove this lock when you have lost the keys:  Start with a 3/16" drill bit.  Drill into the center of the key way about 7/8".  Go up 1 drill bit size and drill in about 5/8".  Repeat this step until you get to a 5/16 or 3/8" drill bit.  At this point the pins should drop out.  You may need to use skinny needle nose pliers to pull the pins out.  Stick a long wood or sheet metal screw into the center where the 1st hole is (the deepest hole) and twist clockwise.  This should open the lock.
